Bold Screen Review

Editorial policy

Bold Screen Review aims to make careful, readable writing about screens and the spaces around them. We explain our reasoning, keep factual claims proportionate, and correct the record when something is wrong.

Accuracy and clarity

We check factual details against suitable material before publication and avoid presenting assumptions as established facts. When a subject involves uncertainty or different design preferences, we say so. Our articles are for general interest and do not replace specialist advice for technical installation or other work requiring qualified help.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made for relevance to the publication and its readers. A commercial relationship does not entitle a partner to determine our independent editorial conclusions. If a relationship could affect how material is understood, we make that relationship clear.

Corrections

We review credible correction requests and amend material when warranted. Significant changes should be made clear to readers; small edits for spelling or readability may be made without a separate notice. Contact us with the article title and the detail you believe is incorrect.

Partner material and illustrations

Paid placements and material made with partners are clearly identified so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence; where relevant, we identify them as AI-generated and do not present them as documentary photographs.

Our point of view

A screen belongs to its surroundings.

We look beyond the image to consider position, scale, light and the habits of a room. Small choices can make a display feel considered rather than simply added.
